Primary Responsibility
- Lead and manage agile projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and resolve impediments.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing agile best practices and methodologies.
- Mentor team members on agile principles and practices.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager
- Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Business analyst skills and experience are highly desirable.
